Membership registration and membership card are free.
ArtsFest Club is managed by the Singapore Arts Festival Team, National Arts Council (NAC).
Membership card remains the property of National Arts Council and must be returned immediately upon request.
The membership and membership card are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
Use of this card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of Singapore Arts Festival (NAC).
Member shall provide information as required to register and ensure the information submitted is accurate, current and complete. If, on reasonable grounds, the information is suspected to be inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Singapore Arts Festival (NAC) reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership.
Singapore Arts Festival (NAC) reserves the right to amend discounts and privileges, and terms and conditions without prior notice.
In the event of disputes, the decision of the management is final.
The membership card is not a credit card.
The members must bring along their membership card to enjoy benefits.
Management reserves the right to request for personal identification in addition to the membership card for verification of entitlement.
Replacement fee for lost/stolen card is S$10.
